Hi my name is Rachel

this site looks really cool!!

i started kinda late when it comes to music ...i started playing flute when i was 13 ....i am 16 now... my first flute was a used bundy but in jan of '04 i got a new Gemeinhardt 3SB with off set G......

i want to play the piccolo and am starting to do my research on buying one .....

i want to minor in music when i go to college in fall of 2006

thats all i can think of right now oh yeah i jammed my finger so i am haveing a hard time playing right now UGG

(my bro and i were goofing off with the basketball and ..well lets just say OUCH! it isnt broken but it's bruised pretty bad) i HATE typing like this!!! i hope i can practice tomorrow my teacher gave me a lot of stuff to work on!

Hi Rachel, and welcome to the board! You'll find that there is a very wide age range of people on this board (everything from pre-teens to retired folks, I believe

) I believe there are a couple threads on purchasing piccolos; be sure to use the "search" function to find them.

I myself am a college student and will be declaring my minor in music next year (after I take some piano lessons this summer to pass the prerequisite piano test...) Any ideas where you want to go to college?

my first pick is Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids MI .....I want to major in writing..... and like i said minor in music..... i am homeschooled and curently doing a study on music theory.... also my senior research paper will prob have something to do with music..... i have wanted to play flute ever since i can remember and i LOVE playing flute
