Does anyone know any somewhat easy-to-play alternate fingerings for a high c? (c6 I think)

and a high D Flat-half a step above the C? Thanks in advance.

Here is a nice fingering chart that goes up to the G higher than that:

Also, if you play a B without the thumb key you will get a flat version of the C.
