Able to play B,A,G but F, Eb are unable to play out

Can anyone experienced help me about this issue, i can play sound out of the mouth piece also i can play out of B, A, G (3 notes )

But when i play the flute fingering F, Eb

There are only little noise come out from it

I can't even find a way to practise it

It's very likely that the G or G# pad is leaking. Take it to a repair shop and they can tell you whether it's you or if there is a problem with the flute.

My 9 year old daughter seems to have a similar issue having hard time playing G and F. It seems that it might be just her lack of blowing power, but I wanted to see if it might be something with the flute. When she blows hard, she can produce the note.

Background:

-Artley flute from the 80s (was my flute when I was in elementary school)
-I can play the notes just fine

Sounds like an issue of playing the note blocking most of the airflow, that's why your daughter can get the note by playing hard.
And the blocking itself can come from the fact that people with small hands can present the tip, and no the flat part, of their finger, over the hole as they over-extend their hand, and end up jamming more flesh than needed in the hole because it's the only way to fully cover the hole with the tip of your finger.
Which results in a dramatically reduced airflow, trouble playing certain notes...
