I was wondering, what is the best way to swing with the flute? Some people say that playing the swing rhythm (saxo style) with the flute is too gross and does not really match with the instrument. That people recommend playing straight 8 notes with the fingers and use the oo-dah, oo-dah, ... tonguing instead..
What would you recommend? I am in my classic-to-jazz trip and I need/want to learn how to play with the swing feel!
