So I really want to know what level my playing is.
I have started flute in 4th grade, got a private teacher in 5th grade and joined an esmoble in 6th grade. I am in 7th grade now. In two flute choirs. (MCYO and PVYO) if you don't know what that is, just google it.
Some songs I have played Czardas by V. Monti, Minuet by George Biez, Tambourin by FJ Gossec, Pan by Johannes Donjon, Humoreske by Anton Dvorak, Pastorale by Germaine Tailleferre, Andalouse by someone, and Journeys: The gate of heavenly peace by Edward Edelson.
Those are all in order.
I can play all the scales (except for D flat, B,and F sharp. Still working on those) at 100 and up on the metrome. Sixteenth notes. Chromatic from low C to high high C. Scales C and D are three octaves. The others are two octaves.
The songs played have little to no mistakes.
Um yea. I think that's it.
Wait... I got a new flute in 6th grade, March. It's awesome. Has an amazing sound, looks amazing(srsuly has engravings on the keys) I play open hole too. The flute cost 3,600 dollars.
Ok, I hope I get an answer soon!
I want to see what my grade playing is. Anyone can help?
