Buy it from fluteworld or some other online source if you can't find it locally.

I'm sure you can find a music store locally that can get a hold of it. It's a very common part of the flute repertoire, and is printed in several editions. If not, there's bound to be a web-based music store that will accept whichever credit cards you may have.
