Hi all,
First off, I'm new here. So hello fluteland (: !
I have a few questions about Briccialdi's Carnival. At line #130, marked "presto", I have a lot of diffculty tonguing the whole tongue-one-slur-one pattern evenly up to tempo. I have the same problem at the first measure of line 139, although I'm not entirely sure how to tongue that measure. Any advice?
...Though as I'm typing this I had an epiphany - would tuh-keeyah-tuh-keeyah work? Am I making sense? I hope no thinks I'm crazy on my first post lol
Thanks!

This is one of my favorite pieces to play, and I have to say that this measure is probably one of the poorest preformed measures in the whole entire piece. Its so poor for almost everyone playing it, that it has almost become a standard to keep doing the articulation but it ends up becoming sloppy anyways and just moving your fingers down the line. It will still give you that effect of the notes going down, but it isn't a big hassle.
