POWEL 3100 HEADJOINT

Hi

does any body got experience with POWEL 3001?
it seems that it is not easy to play the upper tones.
i read that there is the traditional headjoint (named P)and alternative Q headjoint that support the uper tones better.

is any body that can tell me from his experience
