A sicilienne is really just a style of piece. My flute professor tells me it is a dance Italian widows would dance when their husbands died. Anyway, to give any useful suggestions, we'll need to know the composer, and what piece (I assume it's a movement from a larger work) it came out of.
My guess is this is the Sicilienne by Gabriel Faure...You should play it in a fast six, and feel it in two. Eighth note = 144 ish... Feel the swing in two...have fun...and lean into the phrases...
