Okay, Okay.... I guess I should give a little more input.
Tom Green used to work for Armstrong Flutes. They look and feel like Armstrong flutes, except the scale is much better, and they are handmade. They are quite good actually, but I personally don't care for them that much. I had an Armstrong for a while, but I eventually grew to hate it because it was holding me back. Now, I'm not saying Armstrong flutes are bad, but they aren't quite my taste any more.
If you look at some really old posts, there was a user here named flutepicc06 who played a 14k rose gold Tom Green. You might be able to find some of his posts talking about it.

Hi, if you would like to hear what they sound like, here is what you can do. Go to www.youtube.com, and search for tom green flute. Or, you can search for the youtube user hookedonflute. She is very good. I am glad you wrote this question. I will be in the markit for a new flute and was wondering the same thing. Good luck to you. I have also been to Mr. Green's websight. I wish he gave more information. I wonder what his headjoints are like. I have not been able to find that out. Good luck to you.

I searched and watched her play the flute and it sounds good. I own a Tom Green flute and love it. I bought it many years ago when I was a starving college student and couldn't afford the Pearl flute I wanted to buy. My flute professor at the University I was going to played on one as a back-up and introduced me to him. I was able to order my flute to my specifications and couldn't have been happier. I'm sure his prices have gone up considerably since I bought mine, but at that time he was just getting started. The tone is spectacular - rich and warm. Keys are quick. I never, ever felt like I needed anything more than that flute.
