Louis Lot piccolo closed toneholes

I have Louis Lot piccolo, and looking for information about this instrument, year of manufacture, value etc, because I want to sell it.
It has closed tone holes and serial number is 1XX, made of grenadilla wood.

I have only the smallest information to offer. Generally Louis Lot piccolos did not have serial numbers. Most of those that do tend to be from the last period of the company's production. While that could be as late as 1950, I would guess it is from the earlier part of Madame Chambille's tenure as company head; maybe 1925-1940 while they were still making a reasonable number of instruments annually. An important factor for sale price, would also be the pitch of the instrument. Louis Lot made piccolos at a variety of pitches. Not all were built for Orchestra use, many were built for Band use. Many were built at Paris Opera pitch of 446-447, while others are pitched extremely low by modern standards. Putting aside all kinds of discussion about where the A is pitched versus where the "scale" is most accurate, having some reasonable info about the pitch of the instrument is important. At a minimum, you need to have information about the length from bottom of piccolo to centre of embouchure (with headjoint pushed all the way in) so prospective buyers can make comparisons to modern instruments they might have access to.
