Hi! I just picked up an Ogilvie Artley Bass Flute, 40-0-N Serial# 0463, and would like find out about it's history, or at least when it was manufactured. Online searches for the serial number have been unsuccessful.
Any ideas?

This link indicates that the Ogilvie Bass Flutes were only manufactured for a couple of years: 1968-1969.
