Help identifying antique piccolo

I have a silver Gemeinhardt flute which I love but I also have this wood (ebony?) and silver antique piccolo that I've had for years and got as a gift bought at an antique shop. I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify it. I've had no luck on google. It's stamped as Josef Muller on the wood (with a bit of a messy stamp, somewhat doubled).
