I played on an arumite headjoint and there is a big difference. Are they handmade or machine made?

If I can remember correctly, the Aurumite headjoints are all handmade. I had a great opportunity to spend the day with a Powell rep at a clinic last year, and learned a lot. A handmade headjoint will give you a different sound due to the attention paid to the cut. The material of the riser will also make a difference.
