Artley with "bent" c#roller 1956 era model >145<

Post by dleomill »

Anyone have any info about an Artley flute Sterling head with alignment marks. Serial number 25579. All hand engraving on tenon that says Artley then under that large hand inscribed 145 with arrows on each side and under that ELKHART IND and under that USA. It has a weird bent shape to the c# roller that breaks down away from the normal position in line with the key rods? It is offset G with closed tone holes. Body and foot also appear to be sterling.
