Carmen Fantasy (Bizet) midi?
Does anyone know where I can find this? I have an mp3 one now, but the reason I ask for the midi, is because I can then use a program to slow down the tempo but not change the pitch while im learning. Is there one in existance???

Chances are there is one somewhere, but I do not have it. It would limit your musicality to play with a MIDI, though, I would think since MIDIs are just computer generated sounds, and computers are not capable of expression. There actually is software capable of slowing down a piece of music in mp3 format without changing pitch. It's called "The Amazing Slow Downer" and I believe (but am not sure, as I have never used it) that can be downloaded free of charge. It might be worth looking into if you already have a recording you like.
Have you ever thought about looking into getting SmartMusic? It's a great practice tool - the accompaniment "follows" you.

i found a midi!! amazing slow downer i tried, but will only do the 1st 3 minutes, so i found something else called "Van Basco's Karaoke Player" it also plays midis, and can change speed & pitch. the flute part is Oboe in this version but it will still do what I need it to do. I might even open Sibelius and change it to flute. not sure.
