Hello! I am completely clueless about flutes and don't have the time or money to learn I am interested in selling my W.T armstrong that my cousin gave to me but i know nothing about it at all, so im hoping someone on here can help !
I was able to find some numbers and letters on it:
6C332- on top of the body below the brand/also found on the complete bottom of the flute.
32- were you slide the body onto the mouthpiece
382- this one is hard to explain... so i found these 3 numbers using a jewelry loop, it is under one of the pedals on the right hand side of the flute...if that helps at all...
I am looking for any info anyone can give me as i am very un-educated with flutes. I specifically need an aproximate price and if possible a date...
thank you so much for your time and knowledge!

Re: W.T Armstrong elkhart ind......HELP!!!!!!
Armstrong made several different models and it's difficult to determine a flute model without seeing it. Also, part of the value of a flute depends upon its playing condition. Since you are not a player, the only way to determine its value is by getting a music shop or repair tech to inspect it and then they could tell you what it might be worth.

Re: W.T Armstrong elkhart ind......HELP!!!!!!
I have an Armstrong Heritage flute which I purchased second hand in around 1980. The serial number is H3107.
It has a Bfoot, In line G and open holes. It is a slightly golden colour, but not the same as my Haynes Q Fusion.
I have always enjoyed playing it but upgraded to a Haynes flute last year.
I am trying to find out more about it and roughly what it is worth. I had it completely overhauled last year and it plays very well.
