What year is this flute, old armstrong 102

I have a old armstrong flute and im figuring its pre 1949 because i cant match the serial to anything made in 49 to present, head stock has the number 30, upper body has 102 F7830, lower body on the foot of the flute has F7830, the upper and bottom bodies apear to be solid siver, i would love any information i can get on the subject.
