New Azumi AZ3 vs Pre-owned Miyazawa 102

My fellow flutists,
I am choosing between the 2. The Miyazawa 102 RBO is pre-owned, probably 10 years old.
My understanding,

Miyazawa is hand-made, silver lip plate and riser, no split-e mechanism.
Azumi is all silver body, with split-e mechanism. The new Azumi probably has a lot of upgrades over the years although it's not handmade.
