Armstrong flute

Hello. I have a flute that we bought in the 90’s and I am trying to learn how to sell it and find any history.

It is a Armstrong Flute, sterling silver, open hole.
The serial numbers are
80
37 43067

Any advice on how to find out year it was made and how to value it to sell will be greatly appreciated.
