Help on a new flute?
Life is like a musical instrument...
What you get out of it,
Depends on how you play it.

Re: Help on a new flute?
There is also Brannen, Burkart, Haynes, and Nagahara ... all Boston area handmade flutes.
I have a Brannen-Cooper Brögger Mekanik™ flute which I love, and a Haynes as my backup flute.

WOW! Talk about an upgrade!
Which ones should you try? All of them. Otherwise you won't know what you like.

I'd agree with Fluteguy and say try everything you can possibly get your hands on for awhile. All of those flutes will probably feel almost as if you are playing a different instrument (but in a good way) and it might take a little bit of time and experience with lots of flutes to really pinpoint what flutes and flute options really suit you the best. Also have tons of fun with it
