I am new to your website and really enjoy
all of the features. My only difficulty is the sound levels of some of teh
online lessons vary. Some are great but other are very low. The music is clear
but the voice of the presenter is barely audible. I have tried downloading
rather than viewing on line and have high speed connection. I have increased all
volume controls to max in the players as well as the PC itself. I am
dissapointed since this was one of things I most wanted to use. I also noticed
thet the objectives (what you will learn) on all of the lessons read the same:
they all refer to breathing - even though the lessons refoer to a variety of
things. Thanks for listening - I thought you''d like to know.

Dear Kdw, Thank you for your comments.
We fixed the objectives under each of the video lessons. Again, thank you for
pointing it out to us. We are aware that some of the video lessons volume is not
as high as the others, but it should definitely be audible. Sometimes another
player's volume control (e.g. Real Audio) can affect the volume control of the
Windows Media player - maybe that would help. In any case, we do apologize for
the inconvenience and thank you again for your comments.
