Which type of vibrato do you use?

I found a very interesting article online called "CARL PETKOFF AND HIS TECHNIQUE FOR CREATING A SUBTLE AND EXPRESSIVE FLUTE VIBRATO". In it, it describes six different types of vibrato.

So which type of vibrato do you use?

I use number 5 (diaphragm) myself.

I use a blend of 4 & 5, but usually more 4 than 5.

I use a combination of Diaphram, tongue, and throat depending on the effect I want to produce.

I use 4, 5, and 6 combined. I never knew there where so many types of vibrato!

Don't supose anyone has a youtube or vid link showing the differences in each 6 techniques how they sound using the same notes. For beginners like myself, a diagram looks nice and pretty also the theory but to actually hear how it should sound is another thing.

I can only get number 5 to work for me... The others I just don't seem to comprehend the technique. Oh well. I've always used number 5.

5 mostly. 1 seems to work ok too, although I've read that it's not the proper way to do it. (I discovered it by accident

i've never really been able to figure it out. the first day i ever used vibrato it just happened. i think i use my diaphragm though rather than my mouth or throat
