Fluteshops in London

Hi guys,
I live in Iceland, and we have really bad music stores. Mostly beginners stuff and guitars. I'm going to London next June, and was wondering if you guys knew about a good music/flute shop?
I only have four days so I'm gonna find the exact location (I can look it up myself), but I'd really like some comments about what shops are good and stuff like that
I'm looking for new flute case, some fun sheet music (love classical) and maybe a cheap piccolo. I also just love all kinds of flutes.
I go to ebay and all that, but it takes lots of time to send, and it's way more expensive when I have to pay shipping and tolls.

On another note, I bought a Gemeinhardt open hole flute on ebay. It doesn't have the e thing (split e) and it's just straight.
I went from a beginners flute with closed holes, the e thing and not straight. I still love it a lot. The pads are good as well.
It says Gemeinhardt ELKHART, IN USA, 3, 487405
I think it's silver coated. The flute was a bit dark when I got it (probably why I got it so cheap on ebay) but I managed to easily brush it off (carefully). At last, the flute costed around 170 usd. Wasn't that a good deal?

I don't have any personal experience with this company, but I saw a posting on the Krantz Flute List that a Los Angeles Philharmonic flutist was looking for a good flute shop for emergency repairs and apparently was referred to Just Flutes. They market themselves as "Europe's largest supplier of flutes", so that might be a good place to start. Address and contact info is on their website:

nah, sometimes it just takes a bit for ppl to spot it... the forums from waht i can tell are not what they used to be , with said spam being the main culprit. Just what i can figure out from reading WAAAAAY older posts 0.o

I just don't get why guys from betting sites think that us flutists like to bet this much.. (I don't know about you, but if I had money to spare, I'd spend it on more flutes

the 2 flute shops I have visited in London were:

Top Wind
and AllFlutesPlus

Both were very good - the first is about a 2 min walk from Waterloo station, and the other is near Euston Station.
