Mozart Flute Concerto in D Major:
I have trouble in sustaining the High D... I can only make it last a max of around 2 and a half bars... It's really hard for me to hold it! Please help me!
Mozart Andante in C Major:
How would one interpret this piece? I've been playing it on a principle of "Strong then Weak". Also I need a Cadenza for it... I've tried the one by Rudolf Tillmetz and I didn't like it... However, I did like James Galway's Cadenza in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kc0J-mGoKxI
Is there a copy I can find of it anywhere? Or has anyone transcribed this? If so, would you please kindly send it to me? Thank you very much!
Also, in this piece, when I slur to E's (The Second Octave E), they tend to crack... I've actually always had difficulty slurring to E's, as well as F in some cases. I also have difficulty in articulating E's and F's repeatedly, including in the Repeated E's in this Andante... How can I work on this?
General:
I haven't performed this piece with an orchestra yet, but I'm worried I don't project enough... I'm probably worrying too much over this and probably project well anyway but... just in case, how do I work on Projection? I've recently acquired a Pearl Forza headjoint.
And what scale do the Pearl Flutes use? And are they tuned to A=442?
Thank you very much in advance!

geez. that's massive! which orchestra?
in general, with intervals, i work on them a lot as well. the way i work on them is (slowly of course) switching between the notes and focusing on pushing my ribs out (for diaphragm support) and opening my throat up as much as i can. this is the way i'm being taught to work on intervals as the moment by libby pring (principal of the australian ballet and opera orchestra - have you ever seen them performing?).

Re: A few Mozart problems!
It's nothing special really :/ I'm just playing with my School's Orchestra.. But it's gonna be at the Sydney Recital Hall The one that the Sydney Symphony sometimes plays in so that will be nice
My teacher wants me to be able to play the whole thing Pianissimo so we can work on dynamics from there but I've always had trouble playing pianissimo...
How can I play Pianissimo effortlessly? I know I have to push my bottom lip forward and make the aperture smaller but it's not easy! For me anyway.......
