(New to me)used flute comparison help!!! ASAP!!

which intermediate flute/pro flute is better. The KG special gemeinhardt flute or the yahmaha 481 II. I have a gem 2sp and it plays wonderful for me and i made it into advanced band class with the flute(High School) and it has done me well but i need a new advanced one and i have been looking and found these two used at a good price. I hear gemmies arent as good but i love them. help! also some of these sounded good: Armstrong 800b, Gemmie 3sb,yamaha 461, any other suggestions please between $600 and 900 used please! asap! please help trying to figure this out b4 tommorow!any advice appretiated thanks!

Did you try them? If they are in good mechanical condition, the best person who can actually say is you. Try to find out which of them makes playing more comfortable or even better than your current flute. That would be the one!
