Value of 1970 Artley Open Hole Flute

I have a silver open hole artley flute my mother bought in 1970 with serial number number 210205 and would like to know the value of it.

A brand name and serial number alone is not enough to determine the value of an instrument. The model number, silver or silver plated, mechanical condition, and playing condition all contribute to the ultimate value of an instrument. It might be worth $25-50 or it might be worth a few hundred. Take it to a music store and they can evaluate it for you.
