Need Piccolo Advice

i'm a college student here in mobile. I play on the pearl picc and it is absoutly amazing. This is the only piccolo i've played (also tried burkart's picc;s and powells) that can play 3rd octave D up to E natural. it's really free blowing and you get a much better headjoint cut. Granted the high wave headjoint it comes with was hard to adjust to, once you get use to it you'll be confident playing picc. I;ll be playing this piccolo this weekend with the mobile symphony on Holts' the planets.
