How difficult would it be for admin to merge threads that have similar topics?
I've only been here for a short time, but I have noticed threads on...
-Playing the pic too loud
-How to work on trills
-How to play faster
-What type of headjoint to get?
-What's the best flute?
...have been posted multiple times. I suspect that'll probably take a lot of work for the mods and ultimately people should be encouraged to search, but there does seem to be a good bit of clutter. If the clutter is cut back then searches will be more efficient.
Just a thought. Although I know first hand that the ease of doing such a task is often directly related to how the PHp code is laid out for these boards and the admin level granted for the moderators.
