Looking for a site..

There was a site with a California University or Orchestra that offered Classes over the summer that you can pay for individually and attend any that you're interested in. I was hoping to go to some flute classes there, but I forgot the website. I think it was LA Phil, but I'm not sure.. probably sponsored by them?
