My dream flute - how do I find one?
So, I've decided I want to upgrade to a sterling flute, but I want a vintage one. My desired flute is a Conn model 28-O. I've had the opportunity to play one and loved it. The problem is I cannot find one for sale. One recently sold on ebay but unfortunately I missed the auction. Other than constantly prowling ebay listings, any other ideas on how to find one???

... Or you could try out a lot of different brands in your price range that are more readily available... They'll probably play circles around any Conn if they're a reputable brand...

The mid 50's Conns are surprisingly capable after a little TLC.
