Where to go for buying a Yamaha flute??

Post by Tiflu »

Friends, I have always loved
sound of flute but never attempted to learn playing it. I brought some Indian
flutes (wooden) with me while I was coming to US. I wanted to know a place where
I can go to get flutes and also suggestions about any beginners guide book or
other resources. Thanks in advance for your kind help. Take Care Tiflu...

I think Brook Mays is the first
place to look for flutes. Not only do they have Yamaha, but they also own most
of the other large brand name flutes. This is where i got my student flute,

You may also want to go to
Yamaha.com and find out where there dealers are located. There are many stores
that are probably in your area that you can go and see the instruments. good
luck!

Yamaha flutes are sold by
retailers almost everywhere. If you want a student flute and price is important
you could buy online. Fluteworld Music123 are additional sources for online
buying Many retailers (and Music 123 I think) also rent student flutes if you
aren't sure about model, make or dedication
