Howel Roberts wood headjoints

Has anybody tried these? A lady in my flute choir recently purchased one and I got to try it. It had a streak of rosewood across the lip plate which was interesting, though just decorative. I play a Yamaha 684 heavy wall and the headjoint seemed pretty comparable to mine. The high register was less shrill then mine which was nice. Bear in mind I only played it for about a minute so I can't judge its full capabilities (or even have the ability to exploit all them either.) Just curious what peoples experiences with them were. Would definitely like to try it again
