Is There a Site Online Where You Can Input A Rhythm and Hear it Play Back How It Should Sound?

I'm working on my rhythm skills...which has always been my biggest challenge. I recently heard of apps that you can download onto your smart phone. You can input the notes for a specific rhythm, tempo, and time signature. It will then play back the way it should sound. I'm wondering...is there such a site online? I'm not handy with smart phones. The app on smart phones is called "Rhythmic Metronome." Thanks so much!
