Contacting Admin

Just joined and would like to contact the admin before posting. I don't see a way of doing that. Also don't want to just make my post without checking with the admin first.

Thanks, I must lack some access. In the PM area all I see is You are not authorised to read private messages. And no way to send one. Also tried clicking on those usernames. No luck.
