it depends on which octave you are playing in. the first and second, you finger Ab [making sure to use the Bb thumb key], then trill your left middle finger.

If the trill you're looking for has several different options, don't be afraid to experiment with the various choices to figure out what works best for you in that given circumstance and with your particular set up.
