does anybody knows a site in witch i can by the notes and they send the note to my email ?

There are some sheet music distributors that will allow you to purchase/download pieces in a .pdf format. But, most do not. It has to do with copyright laws and the publishers who own them. So, chances are, that you will have to do things the way everyone else does most of the time, and go out and buy a paper copy.
Eventually things might change.... but I am not sure how long that will take. It is much harder to distribute thousands of pirated copies of something if they are on paper than they are if they are on the internet. So, this will probably make things change very slowly.
