Trouble with Jupiter by Holst

I'm working on Jupiter from The Planets by Gustav Holst for my orchestra, but I'm having trouble getting one part up to tempo well. The part is from measures 255-265. The part at measure 259 (rehearsal 11), I'm already using the A harmonic for the E which makes it easier, but I'm still having a hard time getting it up to tempo. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that I can use for that section or the piece in general? Thank you.
