Hello,
I just got my new flute, the type Phineas suggested,

And I am really happy with it!
Now, I was just wondering, is there any way I can do to slow down the flute to get black?
I mean, the flute I'm renting from the local music school has gotten pretty dark.
-Thanks

Re: New flute ^^
Congrats on your new flute. As long as you keep your flute clean, and put it in the case when you are not using it, your flute should not tarnish much. Also keep in mind that Tarnish can always be cleaned, and does not effect the playability of the flute. Some people like their flute to be tarnished...lolLily wrote:Hello,

I get my flute detarnished about once every couple of years. Even then, my flutes did not tarnish that much.
