Hey I went to the doctor today because of the pain I had at the wrist of my righthand. He established that I've some beginning of tendinitis.
Do some of you have experiences with tendinitis?
It's ok if I continue playing?

I have had tendonitis in my right wrist for years. There is a fingerless glove that you can get that helps a lot. I also put arthritis cream on it every night. My doctor said that playing the flute is good as long as I don't strain it. You also have to be very careful that your positioning is perfect. Try using a thumbport to get your hand in the exact correct position. You can still play even with this!
Good luck.
Good luck.

Best thing to do after you pass this pain crisis is to get accustumed to do stretching exercises before every playing session.
In fact we are just like athletes, just our movements are smaller, and the position we play is really awkward.
I have showder pain sometimes, and I just got rid of medication just doing light exercises.
Other thing you must pay attention to is the way you use your computer, i.e. the mouse and keyboard. This can lead you to many problems if you don't take the proper care of posture and ergonomics.
