Shakuhachi (Japanese Bamboo Flute)?

Would someone happen to know, where I could I find a reliable place to buy Japanese bamboo flute, shakuhachi? In fact I would be pleased even with plastic one, because they are cheaper I have understood. I imagine there are similar exercise shakuhachi flutes for school kids in Japan as plastic exercise recorders for kids in Europe which cost only few Euros. Something like that would be fine. But where could I find one? Preferably in Europe, because of the customs, but anywhere else suits also fine.
