Judging from the pictures, the flute is silver-plated nickel, offset G, plateau model. Who are you purchasing from? If it's the website with the pictures, I wouldn't take the chance. http://www.trademe.co.nz does not seem like a reputable dealer. The information you're given isn't exactly relevant to the flute, and there's a good chance your $175 might be going towards a flute that may last you several months. The pads look used; the dark lines on them are from contact with the flute.
Personally, I would never buy a flute from anywhere but a music store or POSSIBLY the brand's online store.
