Does anybody have a suggestion on flute duets? me and my
friend wanted to play one for solo and ensemble but there is only 1s and 2s on
the list. so now we are looking just to play one for fun. We want a song that is
either grade 4 or 5 (in florida, i dont know what that would be anywhere else).
thanks-jenn

Flute Duets
i'm not really sure about the grading system stuff. but
here are some suggestions. mendelssohn's scherzo from midsummer night's dream,
doppler's andante and rondo, cimarosa's double flute concerto in c, there's a
couple of duets by gary schocker, and there's always the second book of duets
by rubank published by hal leonard. anyway, hope this helps. have fun!!!

Flute Duets
Where would be a good place to find these songs? I'm
trying fluteworld.com at the moment, but I was wondering if there was any place
better.

Flute Duets
Currently I am playing a level 4 flute duet ( actually with
an oboe but thats okay) of Beethoven Allegro and Minuet. It's a great piece and
I recomend it as a funflute duet. Also you can find some flute duets in Rubank
Selected Duets books. Hope that helped![;)] kaity
