Can anybody tell me the trill fingering to high D to E-natural?

Finger D, then lift your left index finger (finger 3). have fun!

Hi, I just noticed I gave you an almost correct answer. I meant to say to finger D, then lift L3, which is the left RING finger. Sorry about that!

The trill from D to E in the second octave is exactly as boglarka just described, for the third octave D to E, try fingering D and trilling the left ring finger. You could also try putting down the left index finger (harmonic trill).
