Moderation

Admin, do you think there is a possibility of adding one or two new moderators on here? What with Damjan not being around too much, and the spamming that goes on, it could probably be a more efficient solution to spamming, and help head off some arguments before they escalate. What does anyone think about this?

I absolutely agree with this. It would be very helpful to add a few more to keep this board up to speed (spamming and such).

Admin-- would you consider adding a few more? It would definately [in my opinion] be beneficial to the board.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this? I still think it's a good idea, but if there's no support for it, then it doesn't really matter what I think.

I definitely think there needs to be more moderators on this board. Not only is spamming an issue, but I think this boards needs some clean up as well:
-Merging of thread topics
-"sticky" threads featuring frequently asked questions
-maybe a topics directory since this board is large enough that the search function is not efficient.
THere definitely needs to be someone who can delete the inappropriate advertisments, spam and non sensical posts on here.

Heck, I'd nominate the 2 of you and Phineas as well if I had a say...you guys are on here often enough and seem quite level headed for the job.

I definitely support this.
I agree, flutepicc and fluteguy should be moderators as well as many other active contributors.

::flattered::: I wasnt assuming that I would even be considered for something like that... I can think of lots of people on here who would be really good. But, because I am not Admin... I cant make any decisions. Thanks for the comment though!
