Just a request from me to those who buy flutes from ebay, or other online webs. Do you have any tips or advices you could give me? Like things to look out for, etc... being in asia, i have very limited choices and would like to try to get my flute online as an alternative.
I'll probably be playing for at least another 5 more years? either as a hobby or in band most probably.
Ask age and date of last padding and get lots of hi rez photo's. Be cautious, many people on ebay are resellers and don't know anything about the instruments condition. You know, pawnshops and people who pick up stuff at garage sales and then resell the stuff on ebay. Your not getting a bargan if the thing has to be overhauled before being usable.
does anyone know if any seller that has a trial period of which the shipping fee does not go very high? like perhaps not next day shipping or something like that.
