Eb flute in concert band

I noticed a few old posts on Eb flute... Glad to see there are some players here. It's one of my favorite instruments.

I like to include Eb and alto flute parts in my band compositions... you never know who will have one they have been wishing they could play more. Especially when you have a fairly large flute section, the full sound of a mixed section can be sweet.
