Need help for high B-C trill in Pierné Sonata!

Hello everywhere!
I'm to perform the Pierné flute Sonata for the first time in several monthes, and I don't find a satisfying fingering for the high B-C trill in last movment. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Oh, thank you very much!...I tried all the trills and did'nt choose yet. Such a document can always be helpful...to convince oneself that the is no "ideal" solution!

You might want to take another look. There is only one trill fingering listed for the high B to C trill. Namely, fingering high B and trilling with the thumb.

I agree that that website is a great (free!) source for fingerings.

Excuse me, there is a misunderstanding: I was speaking about the trill in the third octave...
Yes of course, I can shake the thumb, since I'm 12!

No misunderstanding. The only trill I know of (and that is listed on the link) for the third octave high B to C is to play third octave high B and trill with the thumb.

There is a confusing indeed. I was speaking about Bb6-C7, not B6-C7, also a rather unusual trill (and with a new B-foot I'm looking after new fingerings too). I was confusing with german, since you say "H" (B) and "B" (Bb). Sorry.

Here is the fingering I use. Left Thumb down. Right Index finger down. First trill key down. Right pinkie down.

Then, just trill your thumb.

Bougez votre pouce. Utilize le deuxieme example pour le trill "Bb6-C7" a la diagramme. Il n'est pas neccessaire utilizer le clef "B" a la pied. Mais, si tu comprends ma pauvre Francais, ecris a moi avec la "PM" bouton pour plus d'information.

Thanks for the reply. On the chart the examples 3, 4, 6, works rather good in this case, and for me the sixth is the best one. Anyway, a fingering will fit on a flute, and not on an other one (your fingering doesn't work, or maybe I understood something wrong!).
Your french is better than my english. Thanks again.

Oh, I guess there was a misunderstanding after all!

I didn't realize you were from Europe and that there was a different system of naming notes over there.

I did always wonder about pieces of music that had "H-moll" on it, for example. Now I know!
