Which Brand is that?

Hello,

I am Kristina (23) from Germany. During my High School Year in NM, USA, I learned how to play the flute and I also bought one in the US - for about $300. That was in 2001.

Now I have not played for several years and the flute went black at some spots. In order to have that fixed I would like to know what brand the flute is. And I also don't know what material it is. I hope you can see enough on the pic to tell me which brand it is!
