I'm doing a bit of research on repair shops. I have a survey to gather some information and was looking to get people to take the survey:

I filled it out then saw that it asked for my email address at the bottom. So I just closed it.

I filled it out and left the email field blank. It was not a required field to submit the survey...

etgohomeok, the email part is not required. I only made a couple questions required. So, you can fill it out and not submit any Email.
